As a life transition coach, I support you in your search for a new place to live, from the sale of your current property to your social and family reintegration.

Here are the stages of your journey:

Choosing your new home in the Uzès/Nîmes/La Calmette area: contact me so that together we can define your tailor-made criteria (1st appointment with free valuation of your current property).

Search for an ideal property in the area and put your current property up for sale with the support of the Propriétés-privées network: together we'll define a sales mandate tailored to your profile.

Once the mandate has been signed, I organize visits both to find you a new home and to proactively seek out potential future buyers, thanks also to the strength of our local real estate network.

Once I've found the right buyers for your property, I'll take you through the whole process, from the promise to purchase, through the compromis de vente, right up to the official signing at the notary's office.

Post-transaction support: once you've found your ideal property, I'll accompany you to your new home to help you and your children/teens reintegrate into society and the family, with tailor-made coaching, tutoring in all subjects and wellness workshops thanks to my complementary coaching services and network of trusted partners.
