For some children, it’s the joy of seeing their friends again, discovering a new classroom, and embarking on new learning experiences.
For others, the start of the school year can mean fatigue, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, organizational challenges, or homework that quickly becomes a source of tension at home.
And what about parents?
The start of the school year often brings a major change in routine that can be challenging to manage: school, work, activities, commutes, homework, appointments, meals, family logistics… not to mention, in some cases, a move, a separation, a new school, or a major life change.

Every child learns in their own way.
Some people need to move around to remember things.
Others need to handle objects, visualize, or repeat things.
Some people understand things very quickly but have trouble organizing themselves.
Others have accumulated gaps in their knowledge that eventually undermine their confidence.
And then there are children whose development is a little outside the norm: ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, dysorthography, dyspraxia, giftedness, hypersensitivity… or simply a very personal way of understanding and learning.
The problem isn't necessarily the child.
Sometimes, it's simply that the method used isn't right for him.
