Dear parents,
This week I share with you my article on the theme :
"How can we improve our children's concentration?"
Our children are active, full of life and spontaneous, and that's all to the good!
That said, when it comes to helping them with their homework, it's not so easy to keep them focused.... So what can you do?
I suggest you take a step back from what you observe as behavior. Ask yourself these questions:
What do they do when they lose focus? Are they disinterested in the subject? Are they tired? How old are they? How long can they stay focused?
It's all about defining the underlying need behind the lack of concentration.
Let's listen to our children, and here's A TOOL that can help you better understand them and accompany them to that inner bubble of well-being:
1 unstoppable tool to calm their excitement and help them refocus on what's essential by gently rebalancing their emotions: RESPIRELAX (smartphone app).
Inhale and exhale to the rhythm of the rising and falling bubble for 5 minutes before starting homework. A few minutes is enough to allow children to calm down. Have them visualize a bubble in which nothing can disturb them and in which they feel safe. And you'll see that this little break for your child allows them to put their emotions back in place! Now you can talk more serenely, calmly and sympathetically!
If you too, as a parent, need to relax, use this application. This method of relaxation is healthy and suitable for everyone!
I hope you enjoyed this article! Don't hesitate to put a "like", a heart and share it with your friends and family.
Have a question? A need? Leave me a comment and I'll be happy to answer!
See you soon on your path to success!
Passionately,
Anne Laure
