You're looking for a solution to understand his blockages and where his difficulties come from?
Many children today are followed with a heavy and costly protocol for the parents (assessment/psychological follow-up/PAP/PPRE, etc...) and perhaps you have detected a delay or a DYS disorder.
But the risk is to lock your child into this difficulty and label him with a label that will stick to him forever.
My approach is to look at the problem as a whole, with a method that guarantees results and leads to solutions to facilitate learning. Is this the case for your child today? Have you found the solution to your child's learning problems with this type of protocol?
For me, the idea is not to provide too much support, but to focus on the essentials. That's why I'm currently developing a highly targeted approach to your child's difficulties. I carry out a complete diagnosis and analysis to guarantee a result.
Here's my 6-step approach:
1. Diagnostic assessment of the child's confidence level and shortcomings.
2. Systemic analysis of his difficulties as a whole in coordination with the parent, educator, teacher (from a personal, relational, emotional, pragmatic point of view in terms of expected skills).
3. Analysis of the degree of pressure and definition of a joint, realistic educational objective that guarantees a balance between confidence and the skills to be developed.
4. Detect erroneous learning strategies and negative thoughts that the child unconsciously puts in place.
5. Structuring the positive thinking strategy to be implemented to guarantee unfailing understanding and motivation.
6. Draw up a personalized action plan for the subject(s) concerned.
