This week's theme is: How can I develop my self-confidence?
Easy to say, but easy to apply? Not so simple...because it touches us at the deepest level. So what can we do to preserve it?
Here are a few steps to help you gain confidence in your daily life:
Step 1: Non-judgment!
We're always tempted to judge ourselves and others! STOP! It's important to realize that your inner serenity lies in non-judgment. Self-criticism happens in spite of ourselves, and yet it wreaks havoc on our bodies and minds! From now on, every day, I pay myself a compliment and I pay a compliment to someone close to me.
Step 2: Let's make the most of it!
Let's get to know ourselves better and be kind to ourselves! Stop underestimating ourselves and never let anyone underestimate us! Because self-esteem is the value we build inside ourselves that inspires others to respect us. Confidence is built through self-esteem!
Let's go and find our inner child and take care of him, because we need to take care of ourselves first, then find what's positive in us, and discover our talents, so we can focus on our qualities!
Step 3: Let's learn from our mistakes!
Let's banish the guilt-inducing word "fault" and turn our mistakes into learning levers for bouncing back! Be proud of yourself!
By working on our self-confidence, we can better accompany our children on the road to success!
