CLE 3: "Communicating positively with family and friends and the teacher".
Hello everyone!
I hope you're well!
Today I'm going to talk to you about Key No. 3: how to improve communication with your children, loved ones and teacher.
You must have experienced it during those two months of confinement! There's no doubt that conflicts are inevitable when we're forced to live together 24/7. So why not take advantage of this period to reflect on our behavior and improve our relationships?
In 6 steps, I give you a method that has proven itself, thanks in particular to NVC (non-violent communication technique) and also in reference to M. ROSENBERG's book "Words are windows!"
Step 1: Understand the issues at stake in a conflict: objectively define and identify the triggers of aggression.
Step 2: Improve your communication to prevent conflict: analyze yourself, adopt the right neutral and factual posture, use NVC to practice questioning yourself without feeling guilty.
Step 3: Prevent and defuse conflict: don't judge, listen, develop empathy, rephrase, re-express the other person's feelings, get rid of the unspoken by deciphering non-verbal communication.
Step 4: Managing conflict: recognize your emotions, use I, identify your needs, define your rights and duties, let your anger out, learn to regulate it.
Step 5: Assert yourself: don't underestimate yourself and never let anyone underestimate you, learn to say NO starting with YES, set your own limits.
Step 6: Manage conflict-related stress: breathe, listen to your body, recharge your energy, release negative tension, let go of excess stress, write down your anger,
ACCEPT WHAT IS, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF,
